How to Subscribe

New Postpaid/Prepaid Mobile Customer

If you are a new postpaid or prepaid mobile customer, the Missed Call Notification Service (MCN) is available to you by default and activated for Busy, Switched Off & Out of Reach options.

Existing Postpaid/Prepaid Mobile Customer

If you are an existing postpaid or prepaid mobile customer, you can avail the MCN service through the following ways:

1- Via SMS: Simply type r mcn in the message field and then send it to 1010.

2- Via IVR: Dial 125 from your mobile handset and follow the instructions

3- Via *122#: Dial *122*2*2*5# from your mobile handset and follow the instructions.

Note: In all the above cases SMS messages of confirmation will be sent to you, with further instructions on how to activate the service.

How to activate/deactivate the service?
To activate the Missed Call Notification Service, simply divert your voice calls to 134 from your mobile to any of the following options: 1- Busy 2- Switched Off 3- If not answered 4- Out of reach Alternatively, you can also activate the service (for switched off & out of reach options only) by dialing *62134# from your mobile handset. To deactivate, simply choose "cancel" for any option of your choice from your mobile handset.
