This service has made calls simpler for you. It enables you to contact your home country (UAE) while abroad either with the help of telephone operator of your country or using Etisalat Calling Card (ECC) or the Prepaid Calling Card (PPC)

• Call UAE from abroad and pay as per the same rate you call that particular country from UAE.

• Great help especially to business travellers who prefer to pay their calls only through their home account

• Pay with your monthly bill, if you are using Etisalat Calling Card (ECC) to make calls.

• Use Prepaid Calling Card (PPC) to make calls and it will be deducted from your PCC.

To subscribe to Home Country Direct, you need to apply for Etisalat Calling Card - ECC. Just visit your nearest Etisalat Business/Service Center to apply for Etisalat Calling Card - ECC.

Please bring the following documents when applying for the service:

Consumer

1- Copy of any proof of identity (Passport/labour card/driving license etc).

2- A phone bill with you that the call charges made using the card will be billed back to.

Business

1- Copy of Power of Attorney.
2- A phone bill with you that the call charges made using the card will be billed back to.
