Etisalat Messenger Service enables you to communicate, exchange text and files on real time basis among Etisalat mobile users, or among them and PC users over the Internet.

Etisalat Messenger is available through two packages:

1- Chat: which allows you to chat for 15 minute per session.

2- Chat Plus: which allows you to get unlimited monthly usage.

How to Subscribe

Chat Package

To subscribe to Chat package:

1- Send a sms “r em chat” to 1010or

2- Dial 125 and follow the instructions.

Chat Plus Package

To subscribe to Chat Plus package:

1- Send a sms “r em chatplus” to 1010or

2- Dial 125 and follow the instructions.

You will receive an acknowledgment SMS containing a WAP link to download the instant messaging software from http://mobile.weyak.ae/em (free of charge) as well as alternative instructions to visit http://www.etisalat.ae/em to download the PC client in addition to information on how to install and activate the service.

Once the service is registered, you will receive an SMS confirming the successful registration of the service and the PC password.

Downloading Etisalat Messenger Client
Etisalat Messenger PC client is available in english and arabic. You can download the PC client below: Download PC Client (English Version) Download PC Client (Arabic Version) Note: Register any of the two packages of Etisalat Messenger through your mobile handset before using the PC client.
Cancelling the service
To cancel the service, send a sms “c em” to 1010.
Request settings for your mobile
To request settings for your mobile, just send a sms “s em” to 1010
Switching between packages
To switch between packages, send a sms “r em x” to 1010 where x can be “chat” or “chat plus”
Resetting Etisalat Messenger PC password
To reset your Etisalat Messenger PC password, send a sms “em pin” to 1010.
